My favorite hot sauce hands down. Terrific flavor and heat (not crazy hot like their 10X version), plus the texture is ketchup-like so it clings to whatever food you use it on. I order this stuff by the case and use it on most everything.
Instantly my favorite hot sauce. It packs a good amount of heat without being overbearing or punishing and has a delightful bit of sweetness that offsets it. My fav hot sauce! And I've gone through at least 10 bottles of this , no kidding. I would clear the entire shelf at the local Hyvee or Kowalski cause it was so hard to find. This is one of my favorite everyday hot sauces on the planet!! Bernie has really put a lot of love and time into perfecting this recipe and it’s the perfect balance for everything. Eggs, pizza, casserole dishes, fries, burgers, potatoes, tacos, you name it. I love a ton of heat, but for everyday hot sauce I don’t want my tongue to be on fire. This strikes the perfect balance between a kick you can feel but packed with a ton of flavor!

Listen, when I say this is my favorite hot sauce of all time, I really mean it. I bought 11 bottles of this stuff last year.... It's the perfect balance of sweet and heat without the heat overpowering whatever dish you put this on. I can't even eat my pizza without it. It makes any dish twice as flavorful and can literally be put on anything. Now I know people are scared of habanero and worry it's too spicy. This stuff again is perfectly balanced with a ping of spice right at the end that literally leaves you wanting another bite with a huge dab on top. Give Double Take a try, you won't be disappointed!
This is a great "starter" sauce for friends who aren't totlaly sold on hot stuff, or older kids. It's very flavorful and a bit sweet, with a heat that sneaks up on you yet never overtakes the underlying flavor. I use it on things that are pretty spicy to start with, and only need a little help.
